Events 

A Card Making and Craft Class will be held at the Support Centre in Pembroke Dock.  All are welcome to take part and join in the group.  The Class will be held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.

The Group has been a great success and everyone enjoys the time together.  The next meetings will be held on Wednesday, January 20th, 2010, starting at 10.15am.  In February the Classes will be on Wednesday, February 3rd and 17th.

**WEEKLY RELAXATION CLASS - TUESDAY**

A Relaxation Class will be led by Karen Deverson.  The class is held every Tuesday and will start at 10.30am, but please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time.  Please come along and enjoy yourself and chill out.

A Class "Surviving Stress" will be led by Heather Owen.  The class is held every Thursday and will start at 10.30am, please arrive 10 - 15minutes before the start time.  Come along and chill out.
