ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Charity Annual General Meeting will be held at the Support Centre in Pembroke Dock on Wednesday 20th June starting at 10.30am.  You are very welcome to come along and join in the discussions on the Charity and moving forward.

 

A Card Making and Craft Class will be held at the Support Centre in Pembroke Dock.  All members are welcome to take part and join in the group.  The Class will be held every second week on Wednesday.

The Group has been a great success and everyone enjoys the time together.  In May the classes will be on Wednesday 16th and 30th.  In June the classes will be on Wednesday 13th and 27th.

All the equipment is available to use and many of the people who join in have all the basic skills to help others and new joiners.

Come along and make some new friends, have a good laugh, all the tea you can drink and maybe, make a Card as well !!

 

**WEEKLY RELAXATION CLASS - MONDAY**

A Relaxation Class will be led by Karen Deverson.  The class is held every Monday and will start at 10.30am, but please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time.  Please come along and enjoy yourself and chill out.

A Relaxation Class "Surviving Stress" will be led by Heather Owen.  The class is held every Thursday and will start at 10.30am, please arrive 10 - 15minutes before the start time.  Come along and chill out.
