Services

Can we help you ?

We are able to help people who have Cancer, or have had Cancer, and their Family and Friends by .....

1) Supporting each other and showing that self help can be rewarding and beneficial.

2) Working through the fear and the possible stigma that can be associated with Cancer.

3) Staff and Volunteers can carry out Home and Hospital Visits.

4) The use of our Library which covers subjects relating to Cancer, including a full set of Cancer BACUP reference booklets, as well as topics for lighter reading.

5) We also offer Complimentary Therapies such as Reflexology.  This must be authorised by a GP or Consultant.  All treatments are carried out by qualified Therapists at the Support Centre.

6) Arranging for other forms of support and advice that may be required.

7) All services are provided in the strictest of confidence.

8) Occasional visits may be arranged for those who are housebound either permanently or for a short period of time.
